2. Description of Service

TFR Tracker is a free informational tool displaying publicly available FAA TFR data and sports event schedules that may correlate with TFR issuance. It is intended for preflight awareness only.

3. No Warranty — "As-Is" Service

All content is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. TFR data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Game schedule data may not reflect actual TFR issuance windows.

4. Limitation of Liability

TFR Tracker and its owner shall not be liable for any damages, including:

• Loss of property, aircraft, equipment, or income
• FAA enforcement actions, fines, or civil penalties
• Bodily injury or death arising from reliance on this Site
• Any other damages from your use of or inability to use the Site

5. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for verifying TFRs through official FAA channels before any flight
• You will comply with all applicable FAA regulations, including 14 CFR Part 91 and Part 107
• TFR Tracker is a supplemental awareness tool — not a substitute for official preflight planning
• You fly at your own risk; TFR Tracker bears no responsibility for your flight decisions

6. Data Sources & Third-Party Disclaimers

TFR Tracker is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the FAA, MLB, NFL, or any sports organization. All league and team names are property of their respective owners and used here for informational reference only.

7. Intellectual Property

The TFR Tracker name, logo, and site design are property of Tom Patzelt. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from original content without written permission.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TFR Tracker and its owner from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Disputes shall be resolved in state or federal courts located in Colorado.
