1. Information We Collect

TFR Tracker does not collect any personally identifiable information (PII). Specifically:

• No user accounts or registration
• No collection of your name, email address, or contact information
• No advertising cookies or fingerprinting
• No payment information

We do use Google Analytics (with your consent) to collect anonymous usage data such as pages visited, session duration, and general geographic region. See Section 3a for full details.

2. Automatically Collected Information

Like all websites, our hosting provider may collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps). We do not access, analyze, or retain these logs for marketing or profiling purposes. This data is handled solely by our hosting provider per their own privacy policy.

3. Third-Party Data Sources

TFR Tracker fetches publicly available data from third-party sources (FAA TFR data, sports schedules from MLB.com). The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Google may collect minimal data per their privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

3a. Google Analytics

With your consent, this Site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a web analytics service provided by Google LLC. When enabled, Google Analytics collects:

• Pages visited and navigation paths
• Session duration and engagement data
• Browser type, device type, and operating system
• Approximate geographic location (country/region level — not precise)
• Anonymized IP address (IP anonymization is enabled)

This data is processed by Google and subject to Google's Privacy Policy. We use this data solely to understand how the Site is used and to improve it. We do not use it for advertising or profiling.

Google Analytics only fires after you accept cookies via the consent banner. If you decline, no analytics data is collected. You can also opt out at any time using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

TFR Tracker uses browser localStorage (not cookies) to remember your in-app preferences and your consent choices (Terms acceptance and cookie preference). This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to us.

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics sets its own cookies (_ga, _ga_*) to distinguish sessions and track usage. These cookies are governed by Google's Privacy Policy. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set.

5. No Data Sales or Sharing

We do not sell, trade, rent, or share any data with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

6. Children's Privacy

TFR Tracker is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children.

7. California Residents (CCPA)

We do not sell personal information. If you consent to Google Analytics, anonymous usage data is shared with Google as a service provider. You have the right to opt out of this at any time via the cookie banner or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. We do not discriminate against users who opt out.

8. European Users (GDPR)

If you are located in the EU/EEA, Google Analytics is only activated with your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time by clicking "Manage Cookies" in the site footer or using the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. We do not transfer personal data outside of what Google Analytics collects under its standard data processing terms with Google.

9. Data Security

Because we collect no personal data, there is nothing to breach. The Site is served over HTTPS to protect data in transit.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes are reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
